Sue Lee

Sue is a sophomore from Mahwah, New Jersey attending the College of Arts & Sciences, studying chemistry and philosophy. Sue’s love for chemistry started in high school, where she found chemistry class to be as fascinating as puzzle-solving. After learning about the endless possibilities of synthesis in organic chemistry, Sue decided to join the Lin Group to explore electrochemistry and catalysis. At Cornell, Sue is a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry. She is also a Korean translator for the Translator-Interpreter Program at Cornell, and an ELSO (English Language Support Office) Speaking Groups Facilitator for multilingual/international Cornell graduate students. Outside of Cornell, Sue spends her free time baking breads, cookies, scones.
